This item is available is Birch or Sapele as background with dog ears, name and dates out of either birch or walnut.  Also optional is a halo to be added above dog ear breed.  Frame is made out of light wood.
 
Item is available in 8"W x 10"H. Holes for dog collar fit up to a 1" collar.  Item comes with hook on back to hang if wanted.
 
Personalization is needed for dog breed (ears), dog name and dates.
