Keychain is double sided.  Approximately 2 1/4" x 1 1/2".  Picture of loved one will be placed on front of keychain and then the voice/song you requested will be added to the back with a QR code.  
 
Once order is paid, I will contact you for the photo and song/voice to add to keychain.
