Ornament is approximately 3" in diameter. Multi-layer design that is made of birch wood and handpainted.  This ornament can be made from 1 to 10 names.  At the top of the ornament it says "Our Perfect Patch".  This can be changed to say a family name instead of "our".  However it can only be one name for space purposes.
